Aarons an amazing coach that helped me begin to manage my ADHD in a way that worked for me rather than being very general advice that I had always seen. Went quite further than purely academic and job success but helped me in many areas of my life sometimes unrelated to ADHD. We are very thankful to Aaron in helping us learn more effective strategies for managing and coping with ADHD in our family, especially during covid. As parents, we felt very supported, as we worked to implement new ideas and goals for our son. Aaron has a very easygoing personality that my son felt very comfortable with. We saw improvements in our son's ability to work through his challenges, and in our ability as parents to respond better. Aaron was also very helpful in finding remote/homeschool learning resources for us. Aaron was instrumental in giving us strategies to improve school and social concerns to help our teen son. He was able to connect with our son and coach him toward improving interpersonal skills, schoolwork, chores and more. Aaron provided structure and suggestions to us (the parents) and gave us the tools to motivate our son, as well as enforce limits with more ease. Also, because Aaron shared his story of growing up with ADHD and experiencing some of the same challenges as our son, there was connection and buy-in from our son. Aaron was great! Due to the times we did everything virtual but felt like we were sitting across the table from each other. Easy to relate to. Made me feel welcome each time and found the positives in the things we talked about each time. Wasn't afraid to get into topics outside of ADHD. I've really enjoyed the past few months working with Potential Within Reach.I received many tools to set myself up for success, and gained more of an ability to hold myself accountable for the things I need to do.I definitely recommend checking thing out if you're in a similar place where I was: barely getting work done, not getting great sleep, often showing up late to work and not really knowing how to prioritize tasks or ask for help.
